Angela Duncan
Angela Duncan has some crazy ridiculous type drawing skills. How much fun would it be to have a job drawing grocery store signs?
A friend of ours happens to work in a grocery store that uses Angela’s hand drawn signs. Thanks to a fateful Twitpic I found her website, which is a magical land where typography, Sharpies and Ira Glass intersect.
Her Flickr page left me with a conundrum, because I wanted to share with you every third picture out of about 300. She has the ability to turn every stream-of-conscious thought into a drawing in an instant, while the feeling is still raw. Her drawings are everything from funny, to sad, to nonsensical. Here are the few images that I chose, but I really think you should check it out for yourself.

OUR LATEST GIGPOSTER
We got to design and print a poster for Darling Imperial's farewell show at the Berkley Front. They let us do whatever we wanted, so we went with vintage lettering and a weathered, faded feel.
