Broken City Lab’s Cross-Border Communication
Broken City Lab is a group of artists and social researchers in Windsor. Over the past few nights, they’ve been sending messages to Detroit. By projecting very large Helvetica text onto the sides of buildings in Canada, they’re making phrases like “WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER” visible from across the river.
I think this project is so amazing. I know some might not agree with calling text projected on a wall “street art”, but I think it is. Anything that causes people to change the way they interact with their surroundings or even think about them differently is street art to me. Friend request accepted!!

OUR LATEST GIGPOSTER
We got to design and print a poster for Darling Imperial's farewell show at the Berkley Front. They let us do whatever we wanted, so we went with vintage lettering and a weathered, faded feel.

We had talked about going down to the riverfront to check it out, but the rain discouraged us. I hope you guys do it again!
