A Couple of Questions for RageHaus

The last year has seen huge changes for Kimberly and Derek Munn of RageHaus. They made a big move from Virginia to New York to expand their design careers. Derek is attending SVA’s graduate program for Designer as Author and Kimberly is a designer at a stationery company called Mr. Boddington’s Studio. While many of their collaborative projects are momentarily on the back burner, their toy camera photo blog Yellow Polka Dots is going strong as they capture their explorations of New York City.

A Couple of Questions for Brainstorm

We love Brainstorm! We met Briana and Jason at Renegade this summer, after spending WAY too long going through their scratch-and-dent pile of screenprinted posters. We were like 1 year olds with our first piece of birthday cake – you start with a taste and the next thing you know, your whole face is in it. Why do we always end up holding all screenprinted matter less than 2 inches from our noses? Hopefully YOU will get to see them this year, as they’re planning to travel from Philly to craft shows farther around the country that they haven’t been to yet. Add on some gallery shows and plenty of new prints, and these guys will have a busy year ahead.

A Couple of Questions for Shark and Minnow

Shark and Minnow is Hallie Bram and Eric Kogelschatz, two ad industry kids who are bringing their ideas to life outside of their office walls. After meeting in Boston, the pair moved to Cleveland and started shaking things up in the Midwest right away. They’ve dedicated themselves wholeheartedly over the past couple of years to TEDxCLE. They brought TEDx to the city and have expertly nurtured the community that resulted. Today, they’re announcing the speaker lineup for this year’s conference.

A Couple of Questions for Tiger in a Jar

Tiger in a Jar is Matt and Julie, a husband and wife duo who are truly renaissance creative souls. They make videos, plan parties, take beautiful photos, and hunt for vintage home decor. Their stop motion animated videos are my favorite. They’re so delicate, and precious, and you can tell that so much love was put into them, whether they’re meant to document something or just simply be a creative expression.
