Cleveland’s Weapons of Mass Creation

Cleveland and Detroit are both Midwest cities with huge digital and creative communities that are thriving under the radar. On May 22nd and 23rd, Cleveland will be in the spotlight as it hosts an art, music and film festival called Weapons of Mass Creation. Design firm Go Media is bringing in a panel of designers and artists, along with musicians and filmmakers, to showcase their talents and participate in panel discussions and workshops similar to the SXSW festival. The keynote speaker is David Gensler of the KDU. A bigger list those in attendance can be found at Imagekind.

The poster above is being sold to support the event. I wish that Dennis and I could check it out, but we actually have something else in the works for that day, which we’ll announce soon!
