Dan-ah Kim
I found Dan-ah Kim while looking up the artists who are participating in Giant Robot‘s 15 year anniversary show. Based in Brooklyn, she divides her time between creating art and working in film and television. These images are from her Etsy shop, where she has quite a few prints available.
While working on a Michel Gondry project, she met director Aaron Stewart-Ahn. Together, they made this video for the band Asobi Seksu. It was done using in camera animation without the use of computers or green screens.
Much more of her work can be seen at dkim-art.com.

OUR LATEST GIGPOSTER
We got to design and print a poster for Darling Imperial's farewell show at the Berkley Front. They let us do whatever we wanted, so we went with vintage lettering and a weathered, faded feel.
