Detroit Featured in Graphic USA

European publisher Cicada Books produced a unique kind of city guide called Graphic Europe. (flip through the book) The guide was written and illustrated by designers from each city. The next edition, Graphic USA, will be released in February, and there are two awesome things about it. One, Detroit is one of the 25 cities featured. And two, Angela Duncan gets to represent the city. She sent us a sneak peek of the book’s cover:

Angela did a bunch of illustrations for the book. This first one is my favorite and my current desktop wallpaper.

OUR LATEST GIGPOSTER

We got to design and print a poster for Darling Imperial's farewell show at the Berkley Front. They let us do whatever we wanted, so we went with vintage lettering and a weathered, faded feel.
