Recap: Sarah Burger @ City Bird
This post should give you an idea of how far behind we are on blogging. Not only do we have pictures from a few events to share still, we’re up to our eyeballs in submissions as well. Hang tight. Or send interns. And doughnuts!
It was all the way back on June 25th that we visited City Bird during the Canfield Street Market, and we saw Sarah Burger’s lovely art pieces. They were like beautiful, glittery, three dimensional topographical maps, made of felt and vintage sewing patterns.

The Comet Substance
Ronny Hunger of Switzerland is putting out some great posters under the name The Comet Substance. I love the layering of vintage images, and there’s just the right amount of dirty grit running through his designs.
He also designed some posters for an ice cream brand. I have no idea what Fraise Erdbeer is, but I bet it’s delicious.

OUR LATEST GIGPOSTER
We got to design and print a poster for Darling Imperial's farewell show at the Berkley Front. They let us do whatever we wanted, so we went with vintage lettering and a weathered, faded feel.
