Hi Sara,

Our experience with Ulano QTX drying varies quite abit. I have been able to use it within 30-45 minutes when it is in a dry environment and with a fan blowing across the top and bottom of the screen. In our new studio, which happens to be in a sometimes damp basement, as a rule we let it dry overnight without a fan. So far we haven't had any trouble with messed up burns when the screen is allowed to dry overnight. If there's anything else we can help you with, let us know.

How long do you suggest drying the emulsified screens for? I've read countless forums where people have ranged from 25 minutes to overnight. I am using the Ulano QTX. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for sharing, I'm venturing back into screenprinting after a long hiatus since art class of high school. These pointers are very helpful.

Finding good guides to screen printing, going beyond the simple steps to start, has been quite the search. Awesome tips, thanks so much! I've been using my bathtub for washing out and reclaiming my screens, and well, that works horribly. I never thought to use a car wash pressure washer. Genius!
