Travis Bone / Furturtle Show Prints

Design*Sponge is cranking out the gift guides, and one of them included a Travis Bone poster that caught my eye. Travis has been releasing posters under the name Furturtle Show Prints since 2004.

“Please don’t try to contact me via occult ceremony or séance as you may actually conjure the ghost of a rather unpleasant sailor. I can’t be held responsible for any malady or misfortune resulting from the accidental conjuring of unpleasant sailor-ghosts.”

We got to design and print a poster for Darling Imperial's farewell show at the Berkley Front. They let us do whatever we wanted, so we went with vintage lettering and a weathered, faded feel.
